A Chinese New Year dumpling party is happening in Montreal this month

Chinese New Year ( also referred to as the Lunar New Year) kicks off on Friday, February 16, and one of the biggest ways to celebrate is with traditional food.
If you want to cook up some good eats for Chinese New Year you’re in luck – a dumpling workshop is happening in Montreal.
At this event, you’ll learn how to make dumpling wrappers from scratch and a filling made of mushrooms, cabbage and carrots. You’ll be able to bring home a container of dumplings that you made from scratch!
It’s the perfect way to learn some basics about Chinese cooking while celebrating the New Year with delicious food.
