Montreal restaurants dominate Canada’s 100 Best in 2018

Canada’s 100 Best Restaurants just unveiled its 2018 rankings and once again, Montreal dominates.

Of the 100 restaurants on the list, 22 of the best restaurants in Canada are located right here in Montreal. While the top spot went to Toronto’s Alo Restaurant for the second year in a row, Montreal is still home to more of the best Canadian restaurants than anywhere else in the country.

In the top 10, find Toqué!, Joe Beef, Montreal Plaza, and Le Vin Papillon, take the second, third, sixth and eighth-place spots respectively according to the list selected by a 92-member panel of esteemed gourmets including restaurateurs, chefs, food writers, and discriminating diners from across Canada.
