Late this morning, Quebec police issued an Amber Alert for a 4-year-old boy from St-Jerome, Quebec.
The boy in question is Joël Mukonkole who went missing on Wednesday morning, and the suspect is 31-year-old woman, Rachel Esema-Okko.

The suspect is believed to be driving a red 2005 Pontiac Vibe with Quebec license plate number 270 XLX.
This morning, the Quebec police tweeted that Mukonkole and Esema-Okko may have been spotted in Kanata, Ontario.
