Vanilla-Pumpkin Smoothie

Serves four

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of SoFresh Almond Vanilla
  • 1 can of pumpkin, chilled
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 banana
  • 2 tbs brown sugar (optional)
  • Pinch of pumpkin pie spice
  • Pinch of cinnamon

Method

Put all ingredients into a blender, and blend until smooth and creamy.

Chill for several hours, then pour into glasses and serve with a sprinkle of cinnamon.
