26 photos and videos of the giant Marionettes that took over Montreal

This past weekend was insane!

Giant marionettes from France’s Royal de Luxe theatre company took over the city for three whole days this past weekend.

Stationed everywhere from Radio-Canada to Old Port to Place des Arts, it was hard not to be mesmerized by these incredible five-storey puppets as they travelled the streets of Montreal.

In the form of a little girl, a deep sea river diver, and even a dog, the puppets, along with their talented puppeteers, were greeted by thousands of Montrealers lining the streets.

We must say, it’s going to be hard to top this!

For those who missed it, check out 26 photos and videos of The Giants.
