Calgary's XO Ice Cream & Waffles is FINALLY open

Calgary’s Auburn Bay just got a whole lot sweeter because XO Ice Cream & Waffles is officially open as of this week.
The new dessert spot is located in the COOP plaza at 808, 100 Auburn Meadows Drive right beside Tim Hortons and the Blackbird Public Urban Bar.

XO had been teasing us with millennial pink packaging and mint decor details of the parlor on their Instagram, and it didn’t disappoint. The interior was designed by the one and only McKinley Burkart.
This parlor will be open from 10 am to 10 pm daily, so you can head there and get all the handcrafted waffles and ice cream your heart desires.
