The Tragically Hip’s final tour following lead singer Gordon Downie’s terminal brain cancer diagnosis is all but over.

The beloved Canadian band will finish their Man Machine Poem tour with a final farewell performance in Kingston, Ontario on August 20.

Tickets are of course, all sold out. But for a band that has already gone down in the history books, Canada is going above and beyond.

Here are 13 places you can watch The Tragically Hip’s final farewell in Calgary:

The Canadian Brewhouse

  • What: The Tragically Hip’s final show will be broadcast live on all 50 of the big screen TVs at The Canadian Brewhouse. Seating is first come, first served.

Cineplex Odeon Eau Claire Market Cinemas

  • What: CBC and The Tragically Hip are presenting The Tragically Hip: A National Celebration at various Cineplex theatres too. Volunteers from the Canadian Cancer Society will be on site in support of this celebration.

National on 10th

  • What: Head to National on 10th for a free viewing party of the televised broadcast of the Tragically Hip concert from their hometown in Kingston, Ontario. Fundrasing during the event will go towards the Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre “Gord Downie fund for brain cancer research”, through some great raffle draws. At National 10th, the broadcast will shown on their 20 foot screen with full sound.

National on 17th

  • What: Head to National on 10th for a free viewing party of the televised broadcast of the Tragically Hip concert from their hometown in Kingston, Ontario. Fundrasing during the event will go towards the Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre “Gord Downie fund for brain cancer research”, through some great raffle draws. They will be showing the concert on the beer screens with full volume for a more intimate atmosphere.

  • What: Enjoy an epic night of music at Calgary’s newest sound stage. Studio Bell will be hosting a free viewing of The Tragically Hip’s final concert in their performance hall. Registration is required as space is limited.
