Untitled Champagne Lounge opened up in downtown YYC this spring, and with their oh-so-chic approach to libations and eats has quickly become the place to be seen. And you’ve got to see their incredibly gorgeous champagne-based cocktails to believe them.

One of Untitled’s signature drinks is the Aviation Cloud Spritz, which melds the classic Aviation cocktail with bubbles and the very trendy touch of cotton candy.
They’ve got a pretty stunning menu of drinks, so when you slide onto one of their leather banquette seats set against a dark wall full of vintage burlesque art, you can sip on creations like Breakup Bubbles (made with gin and elderflower) or the mood-lifting Coffee & Bubbles.
Or you can even just drink your champagne unadorned…like the true classic you are.
While you’re mingling under the stunning chandeliers, nibble on decadent bites like a Foie Gras Croissant, fresh oysters, uni, or Russian Caviar, or go for something sweet from their dessert menu.

Untitled Champagne Lounge is open Thursday and Friday from 5 pm until late and Saturday from 6 pm to late. Look for special events like champagne-centric brunches. Reservations strongly suggested.
