Tipping your Uber driver will soon become a lot easier.

The rideshare company announced today that it will be rolling its tipping feature in Canada.

This new feature will allow passengers an easy and convenient way to tip drivers either after their trip or at any other convenient time.

No service fees will be charged on tips and the money will go directly to drivers.

Uber’s decision to add the tipping feature comes with its “180 Days of Change” campaign.

The company has promised to implement changes that riders wanted to see over the course of six months, and tipping was one of them.

The tipping feature will be available in Alberta and Ontario by the end of July 2017. Roll-out to other cities will come by the end of the year.
