Two men charged in Tuxedo Park homicide

Two men have been charged following the homicide in Tuxedo Park that took place earlier this year.

Mohamad Rafih, 22, and Syed Uzair, 22, were arrested on Friday, November 16 in connection with the death of 44-year-old Timothy Voytilla, who was brought into hospital with life threatening injuries on April 30, 2017, and later died.

Rafih has been charged with first-degree murder, and Uzair has been charged with manslaughter and accessory after the fact to murder, according to a release from the Calgary Police Service.
