A new week and so much more to see and do in Calgary. Taco Fiesta in town along with Beerfest, plays, free workouts and more!

YYC Taco Fiesta

  • What: Participating eateries will offer either individual tacos for $4 to $6, or a larger taco platter that will be anywhere from $12 to $18. YYC Taco Fiesta aims to mobilize the taco-loving community and get people into restaurants to purchase these special dishes. Partial proceeds from the taco sales (15%) will be donated to the Calgary Homeless Foundation and Kids Up Front. At the end of the festival on May 5 there will be a Cinco De Mayo bash at an unnamed surprise location – we’ll keep you updated as details come.

Run 5-8K with The Outsiders Run Club

  • What: Is running a marathon or just simply getting back into shape one of your new year’s resolutions this year? Tackle this goal once and for all and join the Outsiders Running Club. There is no charge, just bring yourself and your running shoes and join Joanna Magnik of The Sweat Style for a 5-8K run every Tuesday night at 6:30 pm!

Alberta Theatre Projects Spring Block Party and BBQ

Archie Party

  • What: Calling all Riverdale fans! Come celebrate the ending of the first of many seasons of this Archie Comic adapted sitcom at Tubby Dog. Dress up like your favourite character and enjoy Jughead-style burger specials, jellybeans, boozy milkshakes, diner style fries, banana splits and more!

Movement U New RowBody Classes 

  • What: RowBody is the newest addition to the work out selection offered at Movement U and soon to be your new little secret as to where you got those killer washboard abs. Calgary International Beerfest

Star Trek: The Starfleet Academy
