The Brewer’s Apprentice is kind of the place to be if you love beer.

This East Village spot officially opened on July 15, and people are pretty pumped because there are a whopping 48 different craft beers on tap.

The Brewer’s Apprentice is all about tastings, growler fills, and brewer visits.

The concept behind this new brewery is education – it was created by those who love beer for those who love beer, and it makes a great starting point if you’re interested in learning more about how brews are made.

Offerings here include bevys from Alberta’s Trolley No. 5, Wild Rose, Grizzly Paw, and Tool Shed to name a few.

If you’re not drawn in by their unparalleled selection of craft brews from across Alberta and beyond, The Brewer’s Apprentice also happens to offer a small selection of local wines too, so there’s something for everybody.

Check the website for upcoming events and tastings, or just swing by for a drink.

The Brewer’s Apprentice is open Monday to Thursday from noon to 9 pm, Friday and Saturday from 11 am to 10 pm, and Sunday from 11 am to 6 pm.
