Housing a performance hall, three recording spaces, classrooms, and museum, Calgary’s Studio Bell is a one-of-a-kind facility in North America.
The building’s architecture is inspired by Canadian landscape and instruments, and each floor has a theme. Large, empty spaces help the acoustics of the building, and all of the walls are concave or convex and clad in glazed terracotta.
