Ricky’s Restaurants will be serving Canada Day pancakes for just $1.50 each.
Yes, we’re serious.
From Monday, June 26 to Saturday, July 1, before 11 am, you’ll be able to get hot and scrumptious pancakes in celebration of Canada’s 150th birthday in all Ricky’s locations across Canada. And best of all, proceeds are being donated to Breakfast Club of Canada, an organization that helps feed 167,000 children in schools across the country every day.
In case you’re wondering, Canada Day pancakes are Ricky’s traditional light and fluffy pancakes with a red maple leaf centre. The quintessential Canadian pancakes taste as good as they look, and they’re even better with a dollop of whipped cream and strawberries.
So simply visit any Ricky’s location across Canada including Ricky’s All Day Grill, Ricky’s Country, or Ricky’s Café before 11 am and order a stack of Canada Day pancakes.
Ricky’s will also be hosting a campaign across their social media channels in the weeks leading up to Canada Day. The family-style restaurant group wants you to show what makes you proud to be Canadian.
All you have to do is take a photo of what you perceive to be your “Canada proud moment” and share it on Facebook using the hashtag #Rickys150Proud.
The restaurant group will be choosing two winners daily and there will be a $50 Ricky’s gift card up for grabs for each individual selected.
