Rhubarb Fest YYC celebrates it's 4th year in Calgary on June 4

The fourth annual Rhubarb Fest YYC is just around the corner. On June 4 head to Southwood Community Hall for the next great festival in Calgary.

The 2016 festival will include a beer garden, live music, and a marketplace with various vendors. There will also be plenty of things for kids to do at the festival at the Kid Activity Zone. Magic shows by James Jordan, Skyhigh Bouncers, Springfree Trampolines, a petting zoo from Butterfield Acres and much more.

The City of Calgary will be hosting the grand opening of a permanent skatepark and Spolumbo’s will be providing a cash BBQ with sausages and some strawberry-rhubarb pie.

This family friendly festival reaches out to all surrounding communities. Parking is limited near the venue but the festival is accessible by transit and there will be a large bike rack on location. Residents who live in the area are encouraged to walk to the festival.
