Revive your passion for the classics at Calgary’s newest brewery.
Revival Brewcade, a micro brewery and retro arcade, is soon to open its doors right here in Calgary. Housing arcade games straight out of the ’80s, visitors will be able to shoot for high scores in Pacman, Centipede, X-Men, Street Fighter, and more.
Pair that with small batch craft beers – one of the owners specializes in IPAs – and you’ve got a unique combination that hasn’t been seen in Canada ever before, according to Revival Brewcade’s website.
The brewery will also supply some necessary eats for beer-drinking pinball wizards, with everything from grilled cheeses to nostalgic candy and local sodas.
“Our goal is revive the kid in you with our retro ’80s arcade games and pinball, while retaining the adult in you with small-batch craft beer,” the website says.
Based on social media posts, Revival Brewery has secured a place in Inglewood and are expecting to open early 2018.
