Nordstrom Rack to open in Calgary's Deerfoot Meadows

Retail shoppers, start celebrating! Nordstrom has announced plans to open a Nordstrom Rack Calgary location.

The 30,500-square-foot store is scheduled to open in spring 2018 in the Deerfoot Meadows shopping centre.

Nordstrom Rack is the off-price retail division of Nordstrom, which offers customers a wide selection of on-trend apparel, accessories, and shoes at an everyday savings of 30% to 70% off regular prices. Nordstrom Rack merchandise comes from Nordstrom stores, and is designed to provide the ultimate treasure hunt to style-savvy customers.

“Our new Rack store at Deerfoot Meadows will offer an additional way to shop for the Nordstrom brands our customers love at great prices,” Karen McKibbin, president of Nordstrom Canada, said in a release. “Calgary holds a special place for us since it was where we opened our first Nordstrom store in Canada back in 2014, and we couldn’t be more excited to bring our Rack offering to customers here.”

Nordstrom will be opening another Rack store in Toronto at One Bloor in the spring of 2018.
