A new park is being built in Eau Claire and the developers are inviting you to come see it virtually before it’s done.

Concord Pacific has created a 360° glimpse into West Eau Claire Park which will allow you to see key park vantage points along the Bow River and adjacent to the Peace Bridge.

On Saturday, June 24 head out to The Concord Presentation Centre on First Avenue and Sixth Street SW for a free BBQ from 11 am to 4 pm. The first 400 guests will receive a free pair of VR goggles so visitors can see the future of the space for themselves via Concord360.com.

“Our team designed a park that defines Calgary’s contemporary urban riverscape,” said President and CEO of O2 Planning + Design, Douglas Olson. “A place where the culture of the city and the nature of the river intertwine. This park will draw visitors to a variety of memorable spaces and experiences along the shoreline, creating a destination location to the heart of downtown. The design seamlessly integrates flood protection into the park as part of a broader City-wide flood mitigation strategy.”
