Mappy Hour gives Calgary runners trail and mountain training tips

Winter putting a cramp in your running style? With the most recent entry in the free Mappy Hour speaker series, you’ll have all the tips and tricks you need to get back in shape for the trails.

Adam Cambell, experienced runner and owner of 5 Peaks Adventures, will take Calgary’s runners through the best ways to train for the mountains and trails, while living in the city. With a special focus on “moving in, moving through, and moving with natural spaces,” the event hopes to give runners the skills to translate movement through man-made environments with performance in the wilderness.
