Netflix releases the Gilmore Girls: A Year in the Life trailer and it's fantastic! (VIDEO)

It’s official, trailer official.

Netflix released the official Gilmore Girls: A Year in the Life trailer today and we’re elated, no better yet, we’re Rory and Lorelai circa 2005 make-up gleeful.

The trailer features all three Gilmore girls at crossroads in their lives and mourning the death of Richard. Lorelai is searching for more in her life and Rory is jobless and wandering. (Sounds a bit familiar, but this time Lorelai is on board). Old friends make appearances too in the movie including Luke, Jess, Dean, Sookie, Michel, Logan, and Kirk at dinner at Emily’s?!

Everything in Stars Hallow is the same with Taylor running town hall meetings as Babette and Miss Patti provide the perfect mockery. The girls eating habits, pop-culture references and speed talking are back and Luke’s grumpy fatherly instincts shine.

All four parts of Gilmore Girls: A Year in the Life premiere Friday, Nov. 25 on Netflix.
