Free Yoga Classes at The Yoga Studio of Calgary

Every Monday, yoga classes are free for teens at The Yoga Studio of Calgary. Whether you’re a beginner or a pro, yoga instructor Ashley is ready and excited to help anyone who attends with finding their zen.

Spruce Meadows Winter Farewell and Spring Welcome

Experience some competitive show jumping indoors this month while celebrating the end of winter and the beginning of some sunshine (hopefully). Competitions in the tournament will range from heights of 0.70m to 1.40m.

Full Moon Bike Ride

Biking along the prettiest parts of Calgary is a great way to spend an evening, guaranteed. Have some fun with your biking group building bonfires and cooking up some treats while taking in the nights sky. Just don’t forget your bike light!

Festival of Animated Objects

Get your running shoes on Calgarians! For a great cause, you can participate in a free Zumba class held at The Core. You’ll have so much fun dancing your butt off that you’ll forget it’s an actual workout.

Music Movie Mondays

Basic Photography Lighting

London Drugs is hosting a free photography workshop for beginners. Whether you have an incredibly expensive Nikon or Canon, or you have an iPhone – all you need is a camera that works. By the end of the session, you’ll be able to use a few of the tips and the tricks you’ve learned for future prospects.

Calgary Unplugged – Earth Hour
