Ever wonder what millionaire hockey players do during the summer?

Despite fame and fortune, Flames defenceman Dougie Hamilton showed that hockey players are just big kids at heart.

Hamilton uploaded a video to Instagram of him running around the neighbourhood – we’ll assume it’s back near his home in Ontario – scoring goals on empty nets in people’s driveways.

Watch as he shoots, scores, then takes off in the getaway car:

The 24-year-old blueliner was giving a Canadian flair to the #DriveByDunkChallenge – a popular social media phenomenon this summer – in which people dunk basketballs on random neighbourhood hoops.

Hamilton nominated Flames teammates Johnny Gaudreau, Sam Bennett, Matthew Tkachuk, Curtis Lazar, and Micheal Ferland, encouraging them to do the same.

Here are some examples of the basketball version of the challenge:

The #DriveByDunkChallenge is taking over a driveway near you. 👀
