Around 5:30pm on Tuesday, December 7 a woman was beaten by by two men during a road rage incident.

Police report that the woman was driving her car southbound on 4th Street NW near the intersection of 40 Street NW when a BMW attempted to pass her, but was unsuccessful due to oncoming traffic.

The BMW aggressively tailgated the victim, hitting her car at one point and followed her into the parking lot of West Mount Pleasant Arena.

Boxing her in, the two men exited their car and demanded the women get out and fight them. When she refused they used a hockey stick to break her vehicle’s windows while the woman’s child was in the car as well.

The two men then fled the scene in their silver, two-door BMW car with an Alberta licence plate. The men were both described as being in their early 20s, with dark brown or black hair and medium builds. One was wearing light grey or white clothing on his upper body.
