With five cards to start, your objective is to bike around passing through the five checkmarks collecting more cards as you go. The winner will be the lucky biker with the best hand when the hour’s up.

Exposure Photography Festival

Inspire your family members with some pretty amazing photography this weekend. The festival is all about promoting and celebrating photography, and all those who either share a passion for it or simply are interested in it. However, this unique adaptation of Bridge to Terabithia promises to focus on humour and warmth. Not only an incredible novel and movie, but now it’s an incredible play! Take the kids to this one, for sure.

Family Day at Heritage Park

If anyone in your circle is interested in or already is a pro curler – Heritage Park is the place to be for you this Family Day weekend. This year’s event will take place at Gasoline Alley, where you can participate in scavenger hunts, arts and crafts, and where you will curl with an old-fashioned broom.

Studio Bell Family Day

The Bonhomme Carnival at the Canmore Winter Carnival

Get out of the city this Family Day weekend and experience what Canmore has to offer! Watch some ice carving competitions, join in on the lantern parade, and cheer on the dogs (or the competitors) in the dog races. Fish-tival at Bow Habitat Station

If you’re eager to pick up some new fishing tips and tricks, head over to the Bow Habitat Station for their yearly “fish-rival” event. You can feed the fish while expanding your fishy knowledge for $5, and, the best part, you can end the day by roasting some marshmallows over the fire – perfect!

Branch Out Snowshoe Tour 2017
