Beer Week is back, baby!
Building on the success of last year’s inaugural event, the organizers of YYC Beer Week will be bringing an even bigger week of food, beers, and friends to Calgary this June.
According to a release from Beer Guys YYC, the 2018 Beer Week will feature 34 local craft breweries, over 40 restaurants, and more than 30 retail locations participating throughout the week — which will make the event twice as big as it was in 2017.
Calgarians will be able to cash in on promotional beer-related menu offerings and events, with $1 from every item sold between June 4 and 10 going towards a charity of the business’s choice.
A new beer will be made available specifically to celebrate the week-long festivities, created through the collaboration of twenty local breweries. It will be made available at participating breweries, restaurants, and growler bars throughout the city — while supplies last, of course.
