Thaw ahead: Warmer temperatures reaching 8°C in Calgary this weekend

After a snowy weekend and experiencing consistent cold weather, thawing conditions are just around the corner for the Calgary.

According to Environment Canada, the pacific winter storm has begun to move eastward kicking of a warming trend, with temperatures reaching a high of 8°C by Sunday and 13°C by the middle of next week.

However, before that happens, there is a slight possibility that Calgary will see another bout of snowfall tomorrow. But come Friday all of that snow will melt away.

 

If you’re tired of staying in, the mountains look pretty welcoming this weekend. Perfect conditions to head to a hill with all that fresh powder to enjoy.
