Get home reno tips from TV stars at Calgary Renovation Show

Renovating your house can be a tricky ordeal, which is why the Calgary Renovation Show is bringing some top talent into the city to help.

Jillian Harris from Love It Or List It Vancouver and her partner Justin Pasutto will appear on-stage for the first time at the Calgary Renovation Show on January 13 and 14. The couple are working through a home reno of their own, and will share their insights on how to communicate, compromise, and stay on budget during renovations.

“These two are well known for their sense of humour, honesty, and transparency with their fans, so we’re really looking forward to having them share their real life stories and practical advice on surviving home renovations as a family on the Main Stage,” says Teri Salazar, show manager for Marketplace Events, the producers of the Calgary Renovation Show.

Harris and Pasutto will be joined by another renovation all-star, Mike Holmes Jr., from Holmes + Holmes, as well as designer Danielle Bryk from A Bryk at a Time. Both of these TV stars will be bringing different kinds of advice to Calgary homeowners and renovation junkies from the Main Stage at the Renovation Show.

Formerly known as the Calgary Home Expo, the Calgary Renovation Show features a number of exhibitors, industry personalities, along with home and lifestyle trends that speak to the process of home renovation.

This year’s show will run from January 13 to 15 at the BMO Centre at Stampede Park. Tickets are available at the gate, but you’ll save $3 if you buy them online.
