While we may only be a few weeks into fall, there is already a winter storm warning in effect for southern Alberta.

Calgarians woke up to a white city this morning, and the storm warning is not expected to cease until late Monday.

It may be a drastic change from the sunny skies we were experiencing a month ago, but it’s still nice to see some snow on the ground heading into the colder months.

Don’t worry, tomorrow is expected to hit highs of 9°C, so the taste of winter will only linger for a day or so.

Better get that snowball fight in while you still can!
