15 reasons you should be excited that fall is here (PHOTOS)

As of exactly 2:02 pm last Friday, September 22, we officially switched from summer to fall. You may not have felt it, but the Autumnal Equinox has come and gone, leaving us in a world of colourful leaves and undressing trees.

While the warm weather will be missed (even though it hasn’t quite departed for good), there’s just something special about fall.

Calgary is notorious for its short falls and long winters, so we decided to put together a few photos highlighting the beauty of the season — while it lasts.
