As the name suggests, this Calgary-based food truck handles some very cheesy offerings. For $8, customers can dig into the Say Cheese! sandwich, which is made up of a mix of cheddar and gruyere cheese, and served on light sourdough from Calgary-based Engel’s Bakery. For $1 more, there’s The Big Cheese, a greasy and delicious gourmet variation, which is composed of a pimento cheese, cheddar, and gruyere mix, dill pickles, and shaved red onion. The food truck is closed for the winter but will back on the road once the warmer weather returns.
