Calgary broke a 93-year-old high heat record yesterday

Nov 10 2016, 1:26 am

Can’t remember the last time it was 22 degrees in November? Well that makes sense.

The temperature hit 21.8°C on Tuesday, November 8, slightly edging out the previous record of 21.1°C set in 1923.

We weren’t kidding when we said summer in November earlier this week, as these temperatures are typical for mid-July.

But the good weather isn’t gone just yet, the next few days will be warm as well.
