Seriously, though. Where’s the snow?
It has been an unusually mild December in Calgary so far, and it’s starting to weigh on the usually-snow-covered residents.
Even Houston, Texas, a city nearly 1,000 kilometres south from Calgary, has seen snow this December, and that fact hasn’t gotten past Calgarians.
My mom just sent me this. Houston literally has more snow than Calgary and I think this is the only time I can ever say that pic.twitter.com/Aa74x25OPq

Meanwhile, in Texas, it’s snowing and Calgary hasn’t seen snow since early November pic.twitter.com/bEnMxMMDXc

Usually a respite from the cold would be a welcome change in Calgary, but sometimes there can be too much of a good thing, it seems.
Wtf Calgary snow already. This isn’t fun anymore

Everyone posting pictures of snow and I’m sitting here in Calgary like “Yup it’s 11C today”. Where is my snow?

If y’all could send this to Calgary, that would be great. I am so bummed about the lack of snow ☹️ https://t.co/JDFUmnSX1N

The dry December has spurred worries on everything from snowless Christmas to the end being nigh.
Mother Nature needs to decide what’s going on in #Calgary. My kid’s starting to get anxiety cuz there’s no #snow yet and it’s less than 3 weeks til #Christmas

so let me get this straight calgary… you snow in september like it’s no big deal but as soon as december comes around it’s 8 degrees?
— demi (@demitria_kontos) December 4, 2017
Yo calgary still ain’t got no snow? It’s really comin to an end soon

Even Calgary’s rabbits might be bummed out by this snowless December – what gives, Mother Nature?
I would imagine that the wild rabbits of Calgary are all choked at the lack of snow because they all bothered to turn white.
