This Bridgeland pub serves one of the biggest burgers in Calgary
People are loving Bridges on First, a neighbourhood pub located at 825 1 Avenue, and it’s easy to see why.
First of all, it’s Bridgeland’s first neighbourhood pub, which is something the community has been craving for a while, second of all, it serves next-level comfort dishes that have been hitting the spot since this eatery opened in March.
One of these dishes is their sky-high burger called Bo’s Gunslinger.
This burger is a combo of a thick beef patty, deep fried tatter tots, deep fried mac and cheese, aioli, pulled pork, smoked bacon, and finished with fried egg. This dish was a part of YYC Burger Battle, but people have been ordering way past the end of the event (June 4).
Other pub grub this spot offers is a selection of housemade burgers, pizza, mac and cheese, pretzels, and tacos to name a few.
For drinks, patrons can sip on a variety of 12 craft beers, wine, and handcrafted cocktails.
With this spot doing brunch, take out, catering, and of course offering a chill dine-in spot in the heart of Bridgeland, it’s no surprise that it’s because a neighbourhood favourite already.
